Top Welsh recruitment agency Centric has joined forces with the country's leading training specialists TSW Training to provide the automotive industry with its first single source provider of recruitment and training services.

The alliance means that automotive companies will have a devoted specialist outlet able to serve all of their recruitment and training needs, removing the burden of businesses having to source and work with multiple providers where levels of experience and delivery can vary greatly.

The partnership is an important one as the sector is predicted to create thousands of jobs over the next decade. Investing in staff and their training however will represent a significant cost, which is why Centric and TSW Training have united to ensure businesses are able to get the most beneficial and profitable returns from the investments they make in their workforces.

Centric is Wales' fastest-growing recruitment agency with offices throughout South Wales. Employing industry specific recruitment specialists, its automotive and engineering division has grown by 43% in the last 12 months thanks to its successful delivery of recruitment provision for clients such as Calsonic Kansei.

Bridgend-headquartered TSW Training is one of the industry's most experienced and successful training providers. Serving the sector for almost half-a-century delivering ready-designed and expertly tailored training programmes, its clients include Volvo. Having delivered the automotive manufacturer's ILM Management Level 3 programme for the last five years, its success there has seen 50% of managers achieve a promotion to a more senior position.

Combined the two companies create an 80-strong team of recruitment and training specialists able to serve Wales' automotive companies at every level.
