SDV Launch new facility

Invitations were sent to all South West customers, and on the day we were delighted to welcome a good mix of long term and new clients.

CEO Stuart Innes thanked the customers for their continued support and praised the Cardiff staff for their hard work in growing business in the South West which has led to the expansion of facilities.

Customers were offered a tour of the site and were impressed and to some extent surprised by its size and presence. The facility is most definitely a pleasure to invite our customers to in the future.

SDV offer a full range of logistic services to key industry sectors worldwide, including Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Retail.  This was a great opportunity to increase SDV's profile in Wales, and based on the feedback from customers who attended, we are now being portrayed in a more impressive light.  SDV has a worldwide network consisting of 612 sites within 102 countries and employing 21,200 staff.

There was particular interest in other parts of 's the SDV/Bollore Group ventures, notwithstanding  SDV/Bollore 'Blue Solutions' Involving the design and manufacture of the Blue Car, which has a 50kw electric Engine, powered by an LMT battery.
